1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer Shipping to the United States and select global destinations.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Usually takes 7–15 business days (excluding processing time) depending on your location and the specific product.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your order directly on our “Track Your Order” page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Smart Aura Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • Smart Aura Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that have been officially marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx).
  • Once the tracking information shows that your package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, our responsibility as a seller ends. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are stolen from your porch, doorstep, or mailbox after a confirmed delivery.
  • If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we highly recommend taking the following steps:
    1. Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk/management.
    2. Look around your property (porch, garage, side doors) in case the carrier hid it for safety.
    3. Contact your local post office or carrier immediately with your tracking number to file a formal GPS missing package investigation.
